Family Plans

There are different plans to choose from.  The pricing starts at $26.95 a month.  You can also choose your doctor!  A list of providers is available to you.   This is not insurance.  This program has a 30 day cancellation period.

 The product is a discount plan membership that saves money on dental/optical/pharmacy services with an optional physician benefit. The plan is affordable and easy to use. I have thought that you may be interested in checking out this discount plan to see if it would benefit you and save you money. You can do this by visiting www.procardinternational.com and clicking on the Product tab. You will want to select Locate Providers. This will give you access to participating providers in your area. If you do contact a provider for any further information on savings for specific services, please use the network name the provider is affiliated with (which is located on the website) and not Procard International…the provider will not recognize our company name, but only the network name of which they are directly affiliated.

There are absolutely NO hidden fees for anything and the membership is reasonably priced at either $26.95 monthly for the basic plan or $32.95 monthly to include the physician benefit.
